Parking

Parking passes are required for all vehicles on site. Security actively monitors the neighborhood.

Parking for the main house is located in the garage (2 spots) and in the driveway behind garage (1 spot).

*Please note: parking on the side of the garage is reserved for the Carriage House.

There are additional parking spots on a first come, first serve basis along the streets of the Seacrest Community.

These spots are shared with guests within the community.

The gravel parking spots are first come, first serve and shared with guests within the community.

Main house guests do have access to the garage for up to 2 vehicles. The garage code is: 5195.

Access Codes & Arrival Instructions

On the day of your arrival, we will send you the door access code for your keyless entry and arrival instructions.

This will be sent via text and email once our cleaning and sanitization team has the house fully prepared for your arrival.

We will activate your key code before arrival, which will be the last 4 digits of the phone number provided for the reservation.  This will allow you to check yourself in to the property.

Check-In Information

Check-In Time: 4:00 PM (CST).

Early check-ins are not available for this property on same-day arrivals. If guests are departing the morning of your arrival, we must allow our cleaning and inspection team the full window to prepare the home.

If the property is finished before 4:00 PM, we’ll immediately text you your arrival code and check-in instructions. Otherwise, check-in will be at 4:00 PM as scheduled.

Once you arrive, please do a thorough walk-through and let us know right away if  there is anything that needs attention.

Check-Out Information

Check out is at 10:00AM on the day of your departure.

Before you leave, please:

In preparation for your check-out, we just wanted to drop you a quick reminder regarding our procedures. If you wouldn’t mind helping us out with these items, that would be fantastic, and THANK YOU again for being such an amazing guest!

• Remove all perishable items

• Take out the trash

• Load and start the dishwasher

• Place all used towels in a pile in the bathroom

• You do not have to strip/make beds

• Turn off all lights, electronics, and appliances

• Close and lock all windows and doors

• Please make sure to check property for personal belongings

• Return any keys, key fobs or gate remotes

Additional fees will be imposed if the home is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it

Trash Pickup

HOA pulls bins out on Monday and Thursday.

Waste Management picks up on Tuesday and Friday.

Heating and Cooling

The house has central air, and the temperature can be adjusted on the wall mounted controls.

Please remember to keep all doors and windows closed if the air is on.

Amenity Information

Parking Passes & Amenity Wristbands - Seacrest HOA

Guest Parking Passes & Amenity Wristbands - Important

Parking passes are required for all vehicles on site. Security actively monitors the neighborhood. Amenity Wristbands are required for access to the pool, tram, and beach.

Upon arriving to (property name), please make sure to register at https://checkin.seacrestbeachcommunity.com. This is the only way that you will be able to receive your passes and bands.

Amenity packet pick-up:

While we will certainly try to accommodate this step for you, we can not guarantee this can always happen. If you do not have a packet in your property once you check in, you will need to plan to pick-up your welcome packet containing amenity wristbands and parking passesat the Guest Service Window (location “P” on the map shown).

The person responsible for picking up a packet will need to provide identification and will be required to sign a document confirming they’ve received the packet. Guests can enter the lagoon area amenity complex at any of the six gates (G1 to G6 in the map above). There will be a queue outside of the Guest Services office marked by safety yellow beach umbrellas.

Pool Info

Lagoon Pool

Centered within the community is the Seacrest Lagoon. This 378,000-gallon pool is one of the largest private pools in the state of Florida, and is open year-round from 9am – 9:45pm for Seacrest residents and guests. At present, our amazing lagoon pool is heated only by the sun. T

Amphitheater

The amphitheater is a grassy area where concerts, movies, and weddings are held. It is also great for a pick-up game of Bocce or Frisbee throwing.

Bikes & Beach Service

Bike Waiver Required

If you would like to use the 6 adult cruiser bikes available at the house, please email: [email protected] asking for a bike waiver for

48 Surfer Lane, Main House, Seacrest Beach. Once your signed bike waiver is received you will get a code to unlock the bikes.

Beach Service

The Seacrest Beach Homeowners’s Association is proud to have La Dolce Vita act as our ambassadors down at the beach. You can reserve beach chairs or setup a beach bonfire by visiting their on-line reservation portal or give them a call at 866-651-1869.

Tram Service

From March through October, the Seacrest Tram service offers transportation to and from the designated tram stops in the neighborhood to the beach or the Lagoon. Simply walk out your front door go to the nearest tram stop and then call for pickup. The tram will arrive within fifteen minutes. The tram starts running every day at 9:00 AM and the last pickup from the beach is 5:30 PM seven days a week.

*PLEASE NOTE: The snack bar and the beach tram run seasonally (March - October & limited dates during the Holidays).

Beach Access

Seacrest Beach enjoys a deeded beach access at the entrance of the neighborhood, across Hwy 30-A, through the Sunset community. Seacrest residents and guests may walk through the pedestrian boardwalk, or ride the tram through the easement.

Safety & House Rules

Emergency/911

For emergency services (ambulance, police, fire) please immediately call 911. Do not delay if you feel an emergency situation has arisen. 

There is a fire extinguisher located in the kitchen and on each floor. A first-aid kit is also available and located under the kitchen sink.

In case of a fire:

1. Exit the property as quickly as possible

2. Ensure that all persons are accounted for

3. Dial 911 

4. State your location 87 Endless Summer Way West, Inlet Beach, FL 32461 (Seacrest Beach Community)

5. Do not attempt to re-enter the building until a Fire Officer states that it is safe to do so.

House Rules

1. Residential Community Respect
Our home is located in a residential neighborhood. While this area welcomes visitors, many of the surrounding homes belong to full-time residents. Please be mindful of their privacy and maintain a peaceful environment throughout your stay.

2. Events & Gatherings
Events, parties, and large gatherings are
not permitted at this property. If you have a special request or believe you may need an exception, please contact us in advance for homeowner approval.

3. Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM
To respect the community, all outdoor activity and noise should be kept to a minimum during these hours. Please move conversations, music, or gatherings indoors once quiet hours begin.

4. Accidental Damage
We understand that accidents can happen. If anything breaks, please notify us right away so we can address it promptly.

For small, minor items, we typically do not charge.

For larger items (such as electronics or furniture), we will review the damage with you and agree on next steps before checkout to avoid any confusion later.

5. Smoke-Free Property
Smoking of any kind—including cigarettes, cigars, pipes, e-cigarettes, and vapes—is strictly prohibited inside the home or on the property.

Any violation will result in a $500 fee, plus the cost of steam-cleaning and deodorizing.

Violations may also result in immediate eviction with no refund.

6. Pet-Free Property
While we love animals, this home is kept pet-free to protect guests with allergies.

Unauthorized pets will result in immediate eviction, a $150 unauthorized pet fee, and an additional $500 charge for cleaning and deodorizing.

Any pet-related damage will be billed to the guest on the reservation.

7. Communication
If you have any questions or need assistance during your stay, please feel free to call or text us

Important Plumbing Note

To ensure the comfort and functionality of our plumbing system, please adhere to the following guidelines:

Toilets: Only flush toilet paper. Dispose of items such as sanitary products, wipes (even those labeled as flushable), paper towels, and other non-biodegradable materials in the waste bins provided.

Sinks and Drains: Avoid pouring grease, coffee grounds, or large food particles down the sink. Use the kitchen waste bin for food scraps and the grease container provided for oils.

Improper disposal can lead to blockages and costly repairs. Your cooperation helps maintain a pleasant stay for everyone. Thank you for your understanding.
