Sales Acquisition Specialist – Luxury Property Management (Remote)

Our property management company, specializing in short-term rentals in the 30A / Destin / Panama City Beach region of FL and Nashville, TN is looking for a dynamic Sales Acquisition Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing industry and make a significant impact on our company’s expansion.
What You'll Do:
Take appointments set by the pre-screening team and close deals with property owners for long-term management agreements.
Build relationships with property owners and investors.
Stay ahead of market trends in 30A/Destin/PCB, FL.
Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.
Negotiate contracts and ensure a smooth onboarding process for new clients.
What We're Looking For:
Proven success in a high-performance sales environment, preferably in real estate, property management, or short-term rentals.
2-3 years of sales or business development experience (real estate or property management preferred).
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Familiarity with CRM tools and the short-term rental market.
What We Offer:
100% Sales Commission Model
Upfront Bonus on signed 12+ month contracts:
$1000 per property < $100k revenue
$2000 per property from $100k to $150k revenue
$4000 per property > $150K revenue
Residual Commission: 7.5% of Luxify’s management revenue for 12 months
Performance Bonuses:
5 properties signed = $2,500 bonus
10 properties signed = $5,000 bonus
20 properties signed = $10,000
