Welcome to the Luxify Vacation Properties FAQ page. Here you will find answers to commonly asked questions about our vacation rentals. If you have any additional questions please don’t hesitate to contact our dedicated team of vacation planners.

What time is check-in / check-out?

Check in time is after 4:00 PM CST and check out time is by 10:00 AM CST. We cannot guarantee early check-in or late check-out requests.

What items are provided?

Wifi

ComplimentaryWiFi is available in each of our homes.

Kitchen

Kitchens are stocked with a full size bottle of free & clear dish soap, full size container of dishwasher pods, full size box of trash bags, full size Clorox free & clear disinfectant spray, full size of Clorox free & clear wipes, two roll of paper towels, and one sponge and kitchen towel. Our kitchens are fully stocked and include dishes, silverware, glassware, and stemware (2 per the maximum number of guests). Pots, pans, chef knives, cutting boards, all proper cooking utensils, a can opener, blender, wine opener and other kitchen essentials.

We provide coffee bar essentials depending on what coffee maker is each property. For example, if there is a Keurig, we will include a varitey of Keurig coffee pods. If there is a regular coffee maker, we will include a bag of coffee grounds. If there is a Nespresso machine, we will include a variety of Nespresso pods.

Bathroom

Each bathroom includes one set of travel sized toiletries, including a shampoo, conditioner, body wash, bar soap and lotion. Each bathroom also includes two rolls of toiler paper. Each bathroom comes with a hairdryer.

Bedroom

Each bedroom is equipped with high-quality luxury linens, duvet inserts and covers, and pillows for each guest. The beds are protected by mattress encasements and mattress protectors. Closets include hangers for your convenience. Bath and face towels are provided and will be placed on the respective side of each bed.

Laudry Room

Each laundry room includes a full size container of free & clear detergent pods and a box of free & clear dryer sheets. An iron and ironing board, vacuum, mop and broom are also included.

Other

Other amenities are dependent on the market and type of home. Please refer to your property listing.

Are your properties pet friendly?

Pets are NOT allowed in any vacation rental on our program. There will be a $500.00 fine for evidence of a pet in any room.

Are your properties non-smoking?

All properties are non-smoking. There will be a $1,000.00 fine for evidence of smoking inside.

Who should I contact with after-hour emergencies?

For any life-threatening situations, please call 911 first.

For emergencies such as water leaks, fire, lockouts, etc., please call 850-325-0108. If you do not reach us on your first call, please leave a detailed voicemail. Also, feel free to follow-up with a text.

Non-emergency calls will be addressed the next day.

What is your cancellation policy?

Luxify Vacation Properties Cancellation Policy

Guest receives 100.00% if cancellation occurs at least 30 days before arrival; Guest receives 50.00% if cancellation occurs at least 14 days before arrival; No refunds within 14 days of arrival.

Travel Insurance

We strongly suggest that you purchase travel insurance. The is optional, but we strongly recommend it. In case of unforeseen events, this insurance helps protect your vacation investment. Please ask one of our vacation specialists for additional information. 

Can I ship items to my vacation home ahead of my arrival?

If you would like to ship items in advance of your arrival, please contact us at [email protected] and we will be happy to provide a local address to send your package or delivery to.

Can we purchase items found in your rentals?

Yes, absolutely! Many of our guests fall in love with the Nectar mattresses found in some of our homes. If you would like to purchase one for your own home, please let us know. We are also actively adding other premium items to our shop. Make sure you ask us how you can "shop our home"!

Are beach chairs, beach towels or beach toys provided? 

Our 30A beach rentals include backpack beach chairs, umbrellas, and beach towels. Please note that we do not provide one item per guest due to limited storage space in our properties. While we strive to maintain these items, salt water and sand can cause wear over time. Please report any items that need to be replaced.

Are concierge services available? 

Our full-service concierge takes care of the details so that guests of Luxify Vacation Properties can arrive and relax! From the essentials such as pre-arrival groceries to custom experiences such as beach bonfires and private dinners, every itinerary is handled with white gloves. I am traveling with children, do you offer baby equipment?

We do not keep items in-house due to saftey concerns. We want to ensure that all baby equipment is properly maintained, inspected, cleaned and insured.

Need baby gear during your stay? BabyQuip offers clean, safe and insured baby gear rentals. Click here to reserve all the equipment you need to make your stay feel more like home. BabyQuip delivers and sets up the gear for you, and picks it up when you’re finished with it. This service allows you to skip all the packing and enjoy your vacation from the moment you arrive.

May I invite additional guests over or have an event?

To respect the homeowner and neighboring properties, we strictly enforce the maximum number of guests as listed in your property description. Additionally, to comply with county regulations and laws, events are NOT allowed under any circumstances. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Are the private and community pools heated?

At this time, the rentals that include a community pool do not offer pool heat. Our homes with private pools, do offer seasonal pool heat services. Please note, this service does require an additional pool heating fee. Be sure to ask your reservations associate at the time of booking if pool heating is included.
