Situated just across the street from the Gulf, the home offers deeded, gated private beach access only steps away. Guests are within walking distance to Greenway Station for dining, shopping, art, and coffee, and just a short LSV ride from iconic Seaside and WaterColor. This prime location allows guests to enjoy the best of 30A while still feeling tucked away and relaxed.
Layout & Sleeping Arrangements
The first floor features a private guest suite with a queen bed, glass-enclosed tub/shower, dresser, and mounted TV, plus a convenient half bath. Step outside to the screened-in patio and outdoor living area with a dining table for six, covered lounge, gas grill, and a Mediterranean-inspired private saltwater plunge pool (seasonally heated on request). A pool safety alarm provides added peace of mind.
The second floor serves as the main living and gathering space, with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area for eight plus bar seating, and a living room with comfortable seating, mounted TV, and balcony access. A second guest suite with a king bed and private bath is also on this level, along with a half bath for guests.
On the third floor, the primary suite offers a king bed, private bath with soaking tub and separate shower, and TV. A bunk room features two full-over-full bunk beds with pull-out trundle and a private bath, ideal for kids or teens. A full-size washer and dryer are also located on this floor.
The fourth floor observation deck offers stunning Gulf views, seating, a table for four, and a mounted TV—perfect for sunrise coffee or evening cocktails.
